Administrative steel building in Czech Republic

Authorized Astron Builder E.PROXIMA from Czech Republic finished unique four-storey steel building for investor PROFIcomms s.r.o., who distributes active components specialized for corporate, metropolitan, telecommunications networks and camera systems.

Multifunctional steel building with 2 above floors and 2 underground floors with a total floor area of 1,350m² was completed within 10 months on the outskirts of Brno city.

From an architectural point of view this steel building is interesting as it has visible prismatic structures of all floors. The upper floor with administrative part is sticking out slightly above the lower floor with warehouse, where the entry is realized as a bay.

Moderate silver gray color of facade PUR panels is accented with red lines and with interesting layout of window panes.

For the floor construction hollow core slabs were chosen, because of their easy and short erection time. Behind the attic is a steel roof from LPR1000 panels.

Astron steel building system allows easy change of layout of rooms, which was highly appreciated by investor, especially in the floors with offices.
